How can I offer a service of
which the music is FREE
First let me explain that the music is Free and please let me explain how I offer you a professional show for the price of a poor amateur

BE REALISTIC You cannot possibly expect a top professional act for £25 Phone any Agent and you will find the cost is between £100 and £10,000
Professionals do the job for a living and in this day and age that equals about £360 per week. Divided into a normal 6 day week the cost would be about £58.33 not counting travelling and wear and tear admin, or anything, and that is for every day. So each day not worked you have to add on to the following day and this could easily equal £116.66 for every other day or 3 bookings per week average.
So the £25 for a booking would be looking rather sick!!

I expect you are fully aware that in this day and age, if you want to hire professional music, the costs can be far out of the reach of most small individual organisations especially if you only charge your 20 or so members £1 each, and the costs of the average hall hire is about £40

Amateurs charge just a few pounds as they are not relying on music for their main income.
Remember they cannot afford to buy or maintain expensive professional equipment or even have received training or have the expertise or capability to operate it Most put on a shoddy job because they work with cheap home equipment
As they don`t have to rely on the work for their livelihood they do not care whether they come back or not.

Professionals on the other hand have to keep going back in order to earn a living, so their shows have to be good in order to be invited back.

Most professionals these days have thousands of pounds invested in professional equipment in my case I have over £27,000, that is why professionals sound far better than any amateur coupled with the fact that most professionals play nearly every day of the week.

Are you surprised about what I`ve said? This is quite normal, I myself charge between £120 and £420 to most Agencies and venues.

As I have said the music is offered to you FREE
What I do charge is a fee to cover travelling, admin and wear and tear on my equipment. I expect in return to have your support and I don`t mean one show a year!

If I did only one show a year, I would need 365 venues, and make 900 phone calls, I could not afford the time as I am fully professional.

BE FAIR
For a club that meets every week 9 bookings per year are quite normal, which works out at one every six weeks, a club meeting every other week about 5 booking, and a club meeting every month 2 shows a year is reasonable don`t you agree?

Especially as you are genuinely getting a fully professional performer which would normally cost you £120 for just £25!!
A massive saving of £95 or 75% A Bargain or what!

Your first show is £25 then 5-9 bookings = £25
2 to 4 bookings = £30
Just ONE show is £40 or Pay as you go = £80
Saving £40 on the £120 normal fee!
